Beer Profile

Juice Box Hero

This Imperial Fruited Sour Ale pours with a hazy, vibrant hue, delivering an aroma dominated by sweet, mixed fruit notes reminiscent of classic fruit punch. Brewed with real fruit punch juice, the flavor profile balances a substantial tartness characteristic of the sour style with a noticeable sweetness. The addition of lactose contributes a creamy texture and rounds out the sharp acidity, enhancing the perceived body. Despite its high ABV, the low bitterness allows the complex fruit flavors to remain the focal point, resulting in a full-bodied, intensely flavored sour experience.
