Beer Profile
Glitter Cats
This fruited sour ale balances tart acidity with a vibrant blend of tropical and desert fruit. Brewed with Guava and Prickly Pear, the flavor profile offers notes of sweet, musky guava layered over the subtle, earthy sweetness of prickly pear. A touch of Hawaiian Sea Salt enhances the fruit flavors and provides a delicate mineral finish, contributing to a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. At 7% ABV and minimal bitterness, this beer emphasizes bright fruit character and sour complexity.
