Beer Profile

Green Jacket

This West Coast Imperial IPA features an 8% ABV and 57 IBU, showcasing an intense hop profile derived from a double dry-hopping of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra Cryo Fresh Hops. This specialized hop treatment preserves the pure, concentrated aroma and flavor of freshly picked, un-kilned hops. Expect assertive bitterness balanced by a bright, resinous character and prominent notes of citrus zest, ripe stone fruit, and pine. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, leading to a long, clean, and powerfully aromatic finish typical of the style.
