Beer Profile
Perkis System
This New England IPA pours with the characteristic opaque haze of the style. Brewed exclusively with Australian Galaxy hops, the aroma bursts with tropical fruit complexity. Notes of ripe passionfruit and juicy peach dominate the nose, supported by a bright citrus undertone. At 7.2% ABV and a soft 24 IBU, the palate is smooth and full-bodied, offering a low bitterness that allows the vibrant fruit flavors to linger on the finish.
