Beer Profile
Demon King of Friday
Demon King of Friday is a blended stout aged for 15 months in a single puncheon, combining richly roasted malt with smoky undertones from a portion matured in Laphroaig whisky barrels. The addition of cascara—the dried coffee cherry fruit—introduces subtle notes of dried fruit and tobacco, complementing the interplay of smokiness and roasted flavors. This 7% ABV stout offers a complex aroma with sweet malt, gentle smoke, and earthy dried fruit, leading to a balanced mouthfeel where robust maltiness melds smoothly with a lingering smoky finish.
