This unique blend marries a clean fermented saison with a portion of Sahalie, which underwent three years of aging before blending. The resulting 6.3% ABV farmhouse ale exhibits complex fermentation characteristics, balancing mild spice and dryness typical of the style. It is finished on delicate lilac blossoms, which impart subtle floral and slightly green aromatic notes, complementing the aged character and yeast profile. The mouthfeel is refined and crisp, offering a bright, nuanced drinking experience.
