Beer Profile
Queen of Noise on Raspberry
This unique hybrid beverage draws inspiration from winemaking, utilizing rehydrated wine pomace for fermentation before being conditioned on fresh raspberries. The process yields a light, effervescent drink, reminiscent of a low-alcohol sparkling wine or piquette. At 5.1% ABV, it offers bright acidity and subtle tannic structure derived from the grape skins, complemented by a vibrant, tart raspberry flavor and aroma. It presents a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel with high carbonation, making it highly sessionable.
