Beer Profile
Slayzon with Vignoles
This complex saison blend combines a clean fermented base with a portion of aged spontaneous ale, resulting in layered funk and farmhouse character. The beer was conditioned on Vignoles grapes sourced from Central Oregon, imparting delicate floral and white wine notes to the profile. Bottle conditioning with Oregon wildflower honey adds a subtle sweetness and effervescence to the dry, lightly tart finish. At 6.8% ABV, this beverage offers a unique interplay between rustic yeast character and vinous fruit complexity.
