Tonalli is a refreshing Mexican-Style Light Lager brewed for maximum crispness and drinkability. Utilizing a blend of Pilsner and Maris Otter malts alongside flaked corn, the beer pours a pale straw color with brilliant clarity. The low ABV of 3.6% ensures a light body, while the use of Pacifica and Northern Brewer hops contributes subtle floral and earthy notes without dominating the clean malt profile. Fermented with a proprietary house lager yeast, this beer finishes exceptionally dry, offering a delicate balance of subtle sweetness and a snappy, clean finish.
