A complex malt bill featuring Chocolate and Munich malts provides layers of dark cocoa, toasted bread, and subtle dried fruit notes. The addition of brown sugar contributes a gentle sweetness and depth, complementing the roast character. Fermented with a proprietary English yeast strain, the profile leans toward richness and warmth. CTZ hops provide balancing bitterness, ensuring the massive malt structure remains integrated and satisfying.
