At 7.7% ABV, the beer pours with a slight haze, offering aromas of stone fruit and subtle spice derived from the house Belgian yeast. The hop profile, featuring Amarillo and Centennial, contributes notes of citrus zest and pine, balanced by the earthy undertones of Fuggle. Fermented with Belgian Candi Sugar, the body is medium-light, allowing the interplay between fruity esters and assertive hop flavor to define the finish.
