Casta Diva is an Italian-Style Pilsner brewed with a classic combination of Hallertauer Mittelfrueh and Saaz hops. It pours a brilliant gold, offering a delicate floral and herbal aroma characteristic of noble hops. The use of Pilsen and Crystal Munich malts provides a crisp, clean body with subtle notes of honeyed malt sweetness. Fermented with a Euro Lager yeast strain, this 5.8% ABV lager finishes exceptionally dry and refreshing, showcasing balanced bitterness and a refined, elegant profile.
