Brewed with Aromatic and C45 malts, it presents notes of roasted grain, subtle caramel, and dark bread. The use of Nugget hops provides a balanced bitterness. A distinctive character is added by the inclusion of licorice root, which contributes a mild, earthy sweetness and spice to the crisp body, culminating in a dry, dark finish.
