Beer Profile
The Illumi Naughty
The Illumi Naughty is a hazy ale brewed as part of the New World Order series, featuring a 6.7% ABV. It utilizes a complex hop blend of Citra, HBC 1019, and Krush, yielding intense aromas of ripe stone fruit, tropical punch, and bright citrus zest. The malt base of Golden Promise and Vienna provides a soft, slightly sweet foundation that supports the dense hop profile. Fermented with House Hazy #4 yeast, this beer presents a creamy mouthfeel and a characteristic opaque appearance, finishing juicy and moderately bitter.
