Beer Profile

At Land India Pale Ale

This 7.5% ABV India Pale Ale is built upon a foundation of sustainably sourced California barley and wheat, locally malted for a clean base. It features an aggressive, multi-stage hopping schedule utilizing whole cone Cascade hops, added from the mash through fermentation. The extensive use of Cascade delivers a pronounced floral and citrus aroma, leaning heavily into grapefruit and pine notes. With additions at every stage, this IPA balances substantial bitterness with a bright, resinous flavor profile and a moderately full body.
