Ice Cold Popcorn Ale

This unique Popcorn Ale is brewed using whole popped corn and flaked corn added to the mash, alongside light Admiral Pils malted barley, resulting in a clean and exceptionally clear profile. At 4.9% ABV, the body is light and highly drinkable. A subtle bitterness is introduced by a small addition of Cluster hops, an older North American varietal, providing just enough structure to balance the corn sweetness. The resulting ale is crisp, dry, and highly refreshing, offering a subtle, grainy character perfect for easy drinking.
