GALACTIC DEFENDER

This New England IPA pours characteristically hazy, offering a soft, full mouthfeel typical of the style. It is double dry-hopped with a blend of Galaxy, Citra, Amarillo, and Idaho Gem, resulting in a highly aromatic profile. Expect prominent notes of passionfruit and peach from the Galaxy, balanced by bright citrus zest and underlying tropical fruit complexity. The 6.5% ABV provides a moderate strength, allowing the intense hop aroma and flavor to remain the focus without excessive bitterness.
