Butterscotch Dreams

Butterscotch Dreams is a 5.0% ABV cream ale that balances a vibrant 75 IBU bitterness with rich sweetness. Aromas of butterscotch and vanilla mingle with hints of honey and biscuit malt. On the palate, creamy lactose adds smoothness, enhancing flavors of caramel, cream soda, and soft vanilla. The combination creates a silky mouthfeel that contrasts with the moderate hop bitterness, resulting in a flavorful yet approachable brew. Its golden hue and rounded profile make it a distinctive take on the cream ale style.
