Lion Dance Ale

Lion Dance Ale is a sparkling ale that presents a lively effervescence complementing its bright, aromatic profile. Infused with lemongrass and ginger, it offers a refreshing citrus and spicy warmth that balances subtly with the beer’s crisp, clean malt backbone. Its light body and delicate carbonation create an easy-drinking character, while the herbal and zesty notes evoke a vibrant, celebratory feel inspired by Lunar New Year traditions.
