Beer Profile
two thousand years
Two Thousand Years is a robust imperial stout with a commanding 16.5% ABV, aged for 36 months in a carefully selected blend of apple brandy, Buffalo Trace, Elijah Craig, and Old Fitzgerald barrels. This extended barrel-aging imparts deep layers of complexity, featuring rich notes of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and dried fruit entwined with vanilla, caramel, and oak from the bourbon influence. The aroma carries hints of aged whiskey and subtle spice, while the full-bodied mouthfeel is smooth yet intense, showcasing a warming alcohol presence balanced by mellow sweetness and a lingering finish.
