Beer Profile

two thousand years: variant

Two Thousand Years: Variant is a robust imperial stout aged for 36 months in a complex blend of apple brandy, Buffalo Trace, Elijah Craig, and Old Fitzgerald barrels. The extended barrel aging imparts rich notes of dark fruit, vanilla, and toasted oak, complemented by the smooth warmth of bourbon and brandy. Conditioned on coconut, cacao nibs, vanilla, blackberry honey, and macadamia nuts, this beer showcases layered flavors of bittersweet chocolate, ripe blackberry, creamy vanilla, and subtle coconut richness. With its dense, velvety mouthfeel and intense 16.5% ABV, it offers a deep, complex character balanced by a nuanced sweetness and a lingering roasted finish.
