Scarlet Fire is a hop-forward Northwest IPA brewed using the First Wort Hopping technique, resulting in a full-bodied profile. This IPA features a robust hop character derived from dry hopping with Chinook and Cascade. Expect assertive notes of pine resin and grapefruit zest, characteristic of the style. The Chinook contributes a spicy, slightly smoky edge, while the Cascade offers floral and citrus complexity. At 6.8% ABV, it balances substantial bitterness with a sturdy malt foundation.
