This traditional German-style Altbier pours a clear, deep copper color, capped by a persistent off-white foam. The aroma presents subtle notes of toasted malt, balancing a delicate fruitiness often reminiscent of cherry or plum. On the palate, a firm malt backbone delivers flavors of biscuit and caramel, quickly followed by a clean, moderate hop bitterness that provides structure. This medium-bodied ale finishes exceptionally crisp and dry, showcasing the clean character achieved through cold conditioning. This brew was recognized with a Bronze Medal at the 2022 World Beer Cup.
