This Black Lager, or Schwarzbier, pours a deep, opaque brown with ruby highlights when held to the light, capped by a persistent tan head. The aroma offers subtle notes of dark roasted malt, reminiscent of coffee and baker's chocolate, balanced by a clean, crisp lager yeast profile. On the palate, a delicate sweetness quickly gives way to a dry, clean finish. Its medium-light body and refreshing carbonation make it highly drinkable, offering dark malt complexity without the heaviness of a stout or porter.
