2023 BARREL AGED TSAR BOMBA STOUT

This Russian Imperial Stout pours deep black with a substantial, viscous body. Aged extensively in Balcones Bourbon barrels, the 12% ABV stout showcases complex layers of flavor. The aroma is rich with dark chocolate, roasted malt, and warming notes of vanilla and charred oak derived from the barrel aging process. On the palate, robust bitterness (60 IBU) balances the sweetness, delivering flavors of espresso, dried fruit, and a lingering, smooth bourbon warmth that characterizes the finish.
