This Mexican Lager is brewed using a blend of 6-row and 2-row barley, Vienna malt, and flaked corn, fermented with traditional Mexico City lager yeast. It pours a pale gold, offering a crisp, clean profile characteristic of the style. Delicate hopping with Tettnang and Crystal hops provides subtle floral and spicy notes, balancing the light malt sweetness derived from the corn. With a low bitterness of 13 IBU and a moderate 5.1% ABV, this lager is highly refreshing, finishing dry and exceptionally smooth.
