BARREL AGED TSAR BOMBA STOUT

This Russian Imperial Stout pours deep black with a viscous, full body, clocking in at 12% ABV. Extended aging in bourbon and whiskey barrels imparts complex layers of vanilla, oak, and warming alcohol. The aroma features rich dark chocolate, roasted malt, and a subtle boozy sweetness. At 60 IBU, the bitterness provides a necessary counterpoint to the substantial malt profile and residual sugars. Expect flavors dominated by dried fruit, coffee, and a lingering, smooth bourbon character on the finish.
