This Cold IPA is fermented with lager yeast at warmer temperatures, resulting in a notably clean profile that allows the hop character to dominate. Utilizing a blend of Cryo hops, including the prominent CryoPOP blend, the beer delivers intense aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Dry-hopped during active fermentation, the process enhances biotransformation, maximizing hop expression. The moderate 6.9% ABV and 37 IBU are balanced by a simple malt bill featuring 2-row and a touch of crystal malt, providing a crisp, highly drinkable finish.
