Beer Profile
Contour Interval ∞
Contour Interval ∞ is a solera saison aged in foeders, showcasing a complex blend of tartness and tannic structure. This 6.1% ABV brew offers a bright, tangy acidity balanced by rustic notes of pineapple and oak. Subtle earthy funk intertwines with gentle vanilla and citrus nuances, creating a multilayered aroma and flavor profile. Brewed with New York state malt and hops, it finishes with a dry, slightly effervescent mouthfeel characteristic of its mixed fermentation process. Packaged and can-conditioned in April 2023, this saison delivers both complexity and refreshment.
