This 5.2% ABV sour offers a medium-light body with a tangy, refreshing mouthfeel. Aromas of oak and earthy funk lead into flavors of hay, subtle pineapple, blackberry, and Chardonnay, creating a nuanced complexity. The finish is dry and clean, highlighting the beer’s carefully balanced acidity. Bottle-conditioned for 22 months, this release offers a layered character with a approachable sourness and moderate depth.
