This 6.9% ABV mixed-ferm saison underwent 15 months of fermentation in an oak foeder, imparting a gentle oak complexity and subtle funk. Floral notes from the chamomile flower offer a delicate, soothing quality that complements the dry finish, making it a nuanced, refreshing ale with layered herbal and woody elements.
