This throwback IPA revives the assertive, high-bitterness character of 90s-era brewing, clocking in at 8.25% ABV and a substantial 90 IBU. Poured a clear, light-amber hue, the beer features a massive charge of Centennial hops, utilized five times in the kettle and heavily during dry-hopping. The exclusive use of Centennial imparts a distinct aromatic profile characterized by floral, piney, and spicy notes. This is a bold, clear IPA engineered for bitterness and classic hop structure, offering a stark contrast to modern tropical or hazy styles.
