Beer Profile

Outer Reels

Outer Reels is a robust Imperial West Coast IPA defined by its significant hop character and high bitterness. Clocking in at 8% ABV and 100 IBU, this beer delivers a powerful, resinous backbone typical of the style. The appearance is a clear, deep gold. It features an aggressive aroma profile of pine, grapefruit zest, and sticky tropical fruit, achieved through three separate dry-hopping additions. The palate is assertive and dry, balancing the malt sweetness against a lingering, sharp bitterness that defines the finish.
