FUNKSLOTH is a rustic Foeder-aged Farmhouse Ale brewed with regionally-sourced ingredients, including local hops and malt, and wild yeast cultivated from onsite peach trees and lavender fields. This 6.3% ABV ale pours with a hazy character and offers a complex profile driven by fermentation. Aromas of peach skin, apricot, and pineapple lead into a palate defined by fruity funk and balanced acidity. The mouthfeel is lively, finishing with bright, prickly carbonation that cleanses the palate.
