Out of a Clear Blue Sky is a Hazy IPA featuring a bright, opaque appearance and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. This brew utilizes a combination of Simcoe, El Dorado, and Chinook hops, delivering a complex aromatic profile. Notes of ripe pineapple and stone fruit dominate the nose, complemented by a subtle undercurrent of resinous pine and grapefruit zest from the Chinook and Simcoe. The flavor leans towards tropical sweetness with low perceived bitterness, finishing clean and juicy.
