This Hazy IPA pours a cloudy, pale gold, offering a soft mouthfeel typical of the style. The hop profile features a blend of Simcoe, El Dorado, and Chinook, contributing complex notes of tropical fruit and pine. Aromas lean heavily into ripe stone fruit and melon from the El Dorado, balanced by the characteristic resinous undertones of Simcoe and a subtle citrus bite from the Chinook. The bitterness is restrained, allowing the juicy hop character to dominate the palate.
