Fruitgasam is a dynamic series of Fruited Goses, characterized by a rotating selection of fresh fruit additions dominating the profile. This kettle-soured beer features a subdued malt base, allowing the substantial fruit additions to take center stage. The low ABV of 4% makes it exceptionally refreshing. A delicate salinity, derived from the addition of Maldon salt, provides an intriguing contrast, balancing the pronounced fruit flavors and leading to a clean, moderately sour finish.
