Brewed using lactic acid bacteria, the beer achieves a gentle sourness that complements the generous addition of passion fruit. The aroma is intensely tropical and acidic. A pinch of Himalayan salt is introduced to enhance the overall freshness and provide the classic mineral character expected of the style. At 4.7% ABV, it is light-bodied, highly refreshing, and finishes clean.
