Beer Profile

All Clear! Apple Beer

This unique Harvest Edition beverage blends 51% grain base with 49% apple cider, the maximum allowed for the style. It pours clear with a distinct, prominent aroma of fresh apples. The flavor profile is dominated by the fruit, supported by a subtle underlying malt character. Notably absent is any hop presence, allowing the apple notes to shine through. Fermentation removes gluten, resulting in a clean, crisp, and notably dry finish. This 5.5% ABV apple beer offers a refreshing alternative to traditional ciders or fruit beers.
