Beer Profile
S.M.A.S.H. Pilsner
This Single Malt and Single Hop Pilsner utilizes 100% German floor-malted Pilsner malt, providing a crisp, clean foundation typical of the style. Hopped exclusively with German Mandarina Bavaria, the beer presents a moderate hop bitterness (29 IBU) and a subtle, nuanced aroma of citrus zest and light fruity notes. At 5.5% ABV, this lager is highly drinkable, balancing the delicate sweetness of the malt with the refreshing, modern hop character. The result is a bright, pale gold appearance and a dry finish.
