Beer Profile
Contour Interval ∞
Contour Interval ∞ is a solera saison aged in foeders, featuring a complex interplay of tartness and bright acidity at 6.1% ABV. This mixed fermentation ale showcases a rustic character with lively notes of pineapple and citrus, balanced by oak-driven tannins and subtle vanilla undertones. The aroma carries a light earthy funk, complementing the layered flavors that unfold on the palate. Brewed with New York state malt and hops, it presents a vibrant, tangy profile with a refined dryness typical of the style. Packaged and can-conditioned in April 2023, it offers an evolving sensory experience through its bottle-aged depth.
