Beer Profile
Safety Jacket
Safety Jacket is a non-alcoholic West Coast IPA featuring Mosaic hops that deliver a vibrant, clear pour with a crisp bitterness. The aroma highlights bright citrus notes and a distinctive, dank character reminiscent of fresh herbs. On the palate, it offers zesty citrus flavors balanced by a refreshing, slightly herbal finish, evoking hints of cactus cooler and fresh cannabis terpene profiles. At 0.4% ABV, it maintains the bold hop-forward essence typical of West Coast IPAs while remaining light-bodied and approachable.
