Heaps Metric is a 6% ABV sour wheat beer brewed in collaboration with One Drop. It undergoes a distinctive souring process with lactobacillus followed by fermentation with kviek yeast, resulting in a tart yet balanced base. The beer is infused with abundant mango, dragonfruit, coconut cream, and banana alongside a dairy-free soft serve mix, creating a thick, creamy mouthfeel reminiscent of a tropical sherbet. Bright fruit aromas lead to a fruit-forward flavor profile where juicy mango and exotic tropical notes mingle with smooth, creamy sweetness, delivering a rich and refreshing smoothie-like experience.
