Beer Profile

Dreaming Dog Brussels Griffon Cherry Wit Beer / Blanche

This low-ABV Belgian Witbier pours a hazy, pale straw color, offering traditional notes of coriander and subtle citrus zest characteristic of the style. At 4.8% ABV, the body is light and refreshing, featuring a soft, creamy mouthfeel from the wheat. The addition of cherry introduces a delicate tartness and a complementary fruit aroma, enhancing the beer's crisp finish without dominating the classic spice profile. It is a highly drinkable and bright interpretation of a traditional Blanche.
