Beer Profile

Dreaming Dog American Bulldog Imperial IPA

This Imperial IPA pours a deep gold with substantial haze, reflecting its high ABV of 9.5%. The aroma is intensely hop-forward, featuring prominent notes of citrus zest, ripe stone fruit, and pine resin. On the palate, a robust malt backbone provides necessary balance against the significant hop bitterness. Flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, and a touch of dankness dominate, leading to a warming, dry finish characteristic of the style. This is a powerful, full-bodied interpretation of an American Double IPA.
