Beer Profile

Dreaming Dog English Mastiff American IPA

This American IPA pours a clear amber hue, presenting a robust hop profile typical of the style. At 7.8% ABV, it offers a noticeable malt backbone that supports substantial bitterness and intense hop flavor. Aromas of pine resin and citrus zest, particularly grapefruit and orange peel, dominate the nose. The palate delivers a sharp, lingering bitterness balanced by a moderate sweetness, finishing dry with a warming character. This is a bold, hop-forward interpretation of the classic West Coast IPA.
