MGR Fest

MGR Fest is the annual music festival presented by Moon Groove Records at ubergeek Brewing Company in Riverhead, New York. For one summer day the brewery's Long Island taproom becomes a stage for the label's roster and friends - a bill of independent bands playing through the afternoon with ubergeek's beer flowing alongside.

ubergeek has carved out a niche as one of the East End's most experimental breweries, known for expressive hazy IPAs, mixed fermentation projects, and a taproom culture that treats beer releases like record drops - which makes a record-label festival a natural fit. MGR Fest leans into that crossover: local music, local beer, and the kind of crowd that cares equally about both.

Riverhead sits at the gateway to Long Island's North Fork, and the festival makes an easy anchor for a day out east - the town's waterfront and the North Fork's breweries, wineries and farm stands are all within a short drive.
