Angela contributes as a gardener, growing many of the organic ingredients used, and as an artist designing the ceramic serviceware featured at the brewery's locations. The operation includes a brewery, distillery, cocktail bars, and taprooms that produce award-winning beers, spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and house-made mixers, all crafted from scratch. Ingredients such as juniper berries, prickly pear, and desert herbs are wild harvested or garden grown, reflecting the Southwest's unique environment. Tumbleroot maintains three Santa Fe locations, including a historic taproom, a pottery pub combining cocktails with clay crafting, and a tasting room with tours and bottle sales.
