Brewery Profile

TRiNiTY BREWiNG COMPANY

Among Colorado Springs breweries, this one is tied closely to the city’s west-side visitor corridor, with a setting near the Garden of the Gods and a taproom built around variety. Walk in and the main feature is the draft board: 36 lines with a rotating mix of house-brewed craft beers, seasonal releases, and several award-winning titles. The beer list is not the only option, since the bar also serves wine and cocktails, making it workable for groups that do not all want the same kind of drink. TRiNiTY BREWiNG COMPANY also has a food menu centered on elevated pub fare, including pizzas, burgers, and chicken dishes, with dedicated vegan choices rather than treating plant-based diners as an afterthought.

Travelers in this part of Colorado Springs often plan their day around scenery, short drives between attractions, and a stop for local beer before or after time outdoors. A visit here fits that pattern without requiring a narrow beer agenda. The rotating taps allow visitors to sample what is current rather than relying on a fixed lineup, and the seasonal releases give repeat guests a reason to check the board again. For people who are comparing breweries across town, TRiNiTY’s draw is the combination of house beer, full bar service, and a kitchen that can handle a meal, not just a quick pint.

For practical planning, the taproom is the place to confirm the day’s pours, current food availability, and event schedule. The brewery hosts entertainment such as comedy nights and sports viewings, and it is notably an official Green Bay Packers bar, so the atmosphere can change depending on the calendar and game schedule. Visitors looking for private-event space have options beyond regular table service: TRiNiTY offers venue rentals that include a dedicated “warehouse” space, and the company also has a separate second location on Forge Road that can be used for private events. For most casual visitors, the main considerations are straightforward: check what is on draft, decide whether the visit is for a meal, a game, or a general brewery stop, and plan around any scheduled events.
