On Saturday, July 26, our longtime pal and pizza wiz Bad Johnny is rolling up to the taproom with his wood-fired oven for a special collaboration: Flammkuchen! It’s a thin, crispy flatbread from the Alsace region, traditionally topped with crème fraîche, onions, and bacon. The dough is made using Hagen’s sourdough starter, fermented with Dovetail’s own spontaneously-fermented beer.
